Ujaalaa Furaana (Ujjayi Pranayama) is the classic yoga breathing, where you mindfully, inhale deep through your nose, slowly filling your lungs with oxygen, and exhaling deeply as slowly as you can through your nose. This course will teach you how to still your mind and to synchronize our movement with breath.
